Psychodrama Experiential Weekends
The method
Psychodrama is an action-based method of psychotherapy founded on the principles of creativity and spontaneity.
We follow the principle “Show me, don’t tell me!” and through this method we explore your ways of being or “roles” in different contexts on the psychodramatic stage. You will be given an opportunity to develop your role repertoire in the safe context of a confidential group.
Issues suitable for working on in experiential weekend workshops include:
Developing more creativity in your life
Repeating patterns of behaviour
Life changes
Communication issues
Anxiety
Depression
Loss and Bereavement
Stress
Trauma
Abuse
When, where and how much?
Psychodrama Experiential weekends run four times a year (February, May, September and November) at the Family Futures on Hornsey Road N19. I run these through London Centre for Psychodrama Group and Individual Psychotherapy.
Times: Friday evening 7pm to 9.30pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Each weekend costs £300 and can be booked directly through the London Centre for Psychodrama Website http://www.londoncentreforpsychodrama.org/experiential-workshops.php (click the button below).
